About UX Design: How to conduct user interviews?

What are user interviews?

User interviews are a commonly used qualitative research method, which has the advantage of understanding the feelings of users in the process of using the product through interviews and tapping into user needs that cannot be directly observed.

How to conduct user interviews?

1. Determine the objectives of the interview. Determine what problem the interview is to solve, whether it is to find opportunities for new products or to solve the problems of existing products.

2. Develop an interview plan and outline. The interview outline should be prepared in accordance with the issues addressed to ensure that the questions are sufficiently complete and in-depth.

3. Identify the user groups for the interviews. Specific user groups need to be identified in accordance with the interview objectives.
