To open an Axure RP file in Axure RP 11, right-click and choose "Open with Axure RP 11." If you have older versions like RP 10 or 9, double-clicking will open it in the latest version.

To save a document, click "Save" in the menu; documents created in older versions will save only in Axure RP 11 format. Use "Save As" to specify a path and overwrite existing files. You can import content from other documents using "Import from RP file," which opens an import wizard for selecting pages and settings.

For backups, access "Backup settings" to set intervals. To recover a file, select "Recover file from backup" and follow the prompts. Files can also be opened directly within Axure RP by selecting "Open" from the menu.

You can export all pages as images or create new files from templates by choosing "New from templates" and selecting "UX Prototyping."
