Team Projects in Axure enable collaborative design by allowing multiple people to work on the same file, with Axure Cloud storing all Team Project files. Users can check out documents from Axure Cloud, edit them, and then check them back in so teammates can access the updates. To create a new Team Project, go to File > New Team Project, enter the name and save location, then save to Axure Cloud. You can create a local copy by selecting Open Team Project File. If converting a current document into a Team Project, select Team > Create Team Project from Current File. Checked-in pages are indicated by blue dots and must be checked out to edit. After edits, components can be checked in, turning blue to show they’re locked. To send changes without altering the current check-out status, use the Team > Send All Changes menu to see what’s marked for sending or check-in.
