In "View All" mode in Axure, you can efficiently manage the states of a dynamic panel. Start by dragging a rectangle labeled "1" and create it as a dynamic panel. Access "View All" mode through the panel's top-left icon. Here, you can add a new state, drag in a widget to label it "2," and manage states by duplicating or deleting them. Use the "Auto Layout" dropdown to arrange content either vertically or horizontally. Add a "Previous" button to navigate to the previous state with a "Slide Left" animation, and duplicate it for a "Next" button to navigate forward. You can also visually highlight states using rectangles. Once completed, exit "View All" mode and preview the prototype to test state transitions with the buttons, confirming the dynamic panel's functionality.
